Looks as though Ty and Justin acquired another scalawag to bolster their "terrorizing" presence on the waters of Shear Lake. (In case you missed the earlier post, they are allowed to make a weekly attack on an unsuspecting pontoon boat filled with campers, barraging them with super-soakers and water balloons.) And I see they are trying to be more creative with their costumes. The magic marker tattoos are one thing...but would someone please take the eyeliner away from them!
