A few church families got together recently for our own "Wounded Warrior Project." We spent the morning making fleece blankets, pillow cases, cross bookmarks, and cards to go the military hospitals in Germany. Over seven hundred of our soldiers are transported there each month from Afghanistan and Iraq, often without any personal effects. We want our soldiers to know people "back home" have been thinking of them and praying for their recovery.
