Photo Play

Thanks to a series of mistakes by our township office, Ashlea decided to make a trip to Michigan to cast her absentee ballot in person (that's another story). It's been great to have her around for a few days, and today was perfect for a mother/daughter stroll through Dow Gardens...cameras in hand. I was thinking about how even our photography exemplifies our difference as being left and right brained. Ashlea captures some very creative pictures; whereas I'm usually just going for the big picture, hoping it's not blurry. Ashlea was kind enough to oblige me some interesting subject matter, while I provided her with some not-so-flattering material that I'm praying doesn't show up on Facebook. She said she'd be kind. ;)
