For the Record

I find it very disconcerting that some in the mainstream media have commented in recent days, "We really don't know very much about Barack Obama. What are his policies on the various issues?" Isn't that the idea behind journalism, to investigate and report? Since they conveniently chose to abandon their duty, I'm thankful for those that have done the research and reported on Senator Obama's policies. Now we're just waiting to see how they will be enacted once he becomes President. I came across this article (by Robert P. George, McCormick Professor of Jurisprudence and Director of the James Madison Program in American Ideals and Institutions at Princeton University) that delineates Senator Obama's extremely radical views and record on promoting abortion. I encourage everyone to take the time to read through the entire article. As we pray for our next President, we should ask the Lord to cause Mr. Obama to understand that life does begin at conception and unborn children are entitled to equal protection under the law.
