Ashlea drew my attention to this website where you can download free audiobooks from the public domain. And, if you're interested, you can even volunteer to record books or sections of books for their collection.
Speaking of Ashlea, she informed us that she is not planning on coming home for Thanksgiving. : ( I understand her reasoning to some degree...Joel has to work, and I'm really busy at my job also, but not on Thanksgiving Day. I told her I thought we could cook Thanksgiving dinner together. I'd even let her put chili powder in the pumpkin pie. Maybe she's just waiting for a better offer...but maybe we could lure her home with this concert at the State Theatre on the 25th. Hmmm?
