LUNCH DATE

Miranda is the granddaughter of my friend, Sandy. The three of us had lunch together today; this was a first since Sandy began babysitting last year. We used to get together for lunch regularly when we were working our way through Kim Riddlebarger's A Case for Amillennialism. I wouldn't say that was completely like the "blind leading the blind," but close. Our conversations usually end up on one theological topic or another, because we both love listening to good Bible teaching on CDs. Miranda was a cooperative listener today as her grandma and I discussed differing views on baptism, among other things.

Ashlea told me this morning that she thought she would "teach" Kyle, for whom she babysits, some Greek today to help prepare for her final exam. She is also in a situation where she has opportunities to share God's truths to young children in word and song. What a privilege that is!
