The Solution


Now why didn't I think of this? An anonymous commenter suggested I try chocolate covered frozen bananas as a solution to my banana-eating dilemma. So I made some up last night, and you know what? If you get the chocolate coating thick enough, you barely taste the banana! I downed the first one in a couple minutes flat! Yay!

  2. How about dipping them in dark chocolate? That way even the chocolate would be good for you! They sound delicious.

  3. Karen, I used semi-sweet chocolate chips, so they were dark. I don't even bother buying milk chocolate...another ick...but not as icky as bananas. ;)
