Clarification

I certain member of my family has been freely spreading the word that I am hooked on American Idol, all the while shaking his head in mild disgust. Hooked? I don't think so. This is the very first season (what number is it anyway...seven?) that I remotely paid any attention to the American phenomenon, and I wasn't drawn into this year's show until the final ten contestants had been selected. I happened to be channel surfing one night when a singer with really long dreadlocks and a pretty decent voice caught my attention, so I casually tuned-in in the coming weeks...if I happened to think about it. I'll admit I was curious to see how far the dreads would go in the competition, and they made it to the final four. So you see, Tyler, it was all about the hair. And next season, if there more dreads, I just might tune in again...if I happen to think about it. ;)
