Awhile back, I wrote about our Sunday afternoon trip to the pumpkin farm to see a trebuchet in action. We finally finished that roll of film, so I've posted two pictures of the machine. It was over 40 feet tall with a counter-weight of 10,000 lbs. The second picture shows the beginning of a launch of a 78 lb. pumpkin that traveled over 600 feet.
