Our family loves this recipe for chicken breasts; the meat gets so tender and the flavor is scrumptious. Because it bakes for 3 hours, it's a good recipe for Sunday dinner.
Chicken Breasts Supreme
4 to 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (I have even used 8)
1 pkg chipped dried beef
4 to 6 strips bacon
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
Line a greased casserole dish with chipped beef. Wrap each chicken breast with a strip of bacon. Mix the mushroom soup and sour cream. Pour mixture over chicken and bake covered at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Serve with rice.
