WILDLIFE

You nature enthusiasts will appreciate this website where you can observe, via live webcam, newborn bald eaglets in their nest. This afternoon, we saw the mother feeding the babies - something like sushi (raw fish). Saginaw is also the host to a large bald eagle nest on Ojibway Island where they hold the annual July 4th fireworks. Soooo, if the babies haven't left the nest by the 4th, no fireworks - federal law. (We don't get the webcam with Mozilla, but it works with Internet Explorer. Also, I believe this nest is in British Columbia, so allow for the time difference.)
