But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved). Ephesians 2:4-5

JUNIOR/SENIOR BANQUET
The Calvary Junior class hosted the banquet at the airport Sky Room with the theme "A Mid-Semester's Night Dream." Four of the senior guys decided that this was their evening to make memories without dates, and they had a great time! I think some of the girls were rather perturbed with their decision though. The ice-breaker games made us aware of our ignorance of Shakespearean plays. Joel and I even tried using a life-line to call Ashlea for help. Pastor David Warren gave a challenge to the seniors on pursuing wisdom, then each of the seniors was highlighted in a video montage. It was a good time together for parents and students, but much different than last year's banquet. As Tyler said, it will be a long time before another class puts on a banquet to compare with the one they planned. Having a caterer/parent in the class and a creative class sponsor was a tremendous benefit. (Tyler will have a few other pictures posted on his blog.)
