That's My Guy!

If you haven't heard, we are experiencing Snowpocalypse...the massive blizzard traveling across the eastern states.  We even heard thunder and lightning this morning at 4:00 a.m. - bizarre!  I had already decided yesterday that this would be a work snow day for me, but not Joel! He's been anxiously awaiting the opportunity to head off to work, which will involve a 30 mile drive across open farm country...over drifted roads...with very little visibility.  While he's out braving the blizzard to clear our driveway, I'm contemplating going back to bed.  This is one time when I say a woman's place is definitely in the home.  Call Joel extremely dedicated if you like...I call it...well, never mind.  ; )   

But I love him for it!

    I understand where he's coming from but geesh those are terrible conditions to drive in no matter your experience or ability!

    When Joel came in from snowblowing, he conceded that trying to travel in this would be nuts! Glad to have a snow day with him! :)
