The Davenport Family Christmas

Last but not least on our Kansas Christmas trip was our visit with Joel's family.  Two of his three brothers (and partial families) were able to join us on Sunday at his parents' home.  And thanks to modern technology, the youngest brother Darren was able to join us from Colorado via Skype. I still feel like I'm living in the age of the Jetsons every time we "skype."  It's mind-boggling!

Joel captured this shot of the skype session.  Notice that the four brothers are congregated in the lower left corner of the picture.  Virtual togetherness...it's a beautiful thing.
